All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The authors are invited to submit novel and original research papers through easychair submission link. All papers submitted must be unpublished and written following the IEEE template. Submitted papers will go through the peer-review process and after acceptance and presentation, only accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements, will appear in conference proceedings . The conference is going to accept regular papers of 6 pages maximum (2 additional pages allowed but at an extra charge in the final submission).
